1. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Service has not been initiated
- Materials have not been dispatched
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- After installation has started
- Customized system orders
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Deductions
Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted.
